Resident access to the apartment complex parking lot will remain open throughout construction.
The construction staging plan has been designed to ensure uninterrupted access at all times.
When Nickel St. closes, the intersection and Nickel and 3rd will remain open, providing access to the apartment parking lot.
3rd Ave from the parking lot entrance going east will open before the intersection at Nickel and 3rd are closed, providing access to the apartment parking lot.
