Construction is Underway!
Waterline lowering and sanitary sewer lining work is currently happening along the construction route and will require short closures of streets and sidewalks. Please see the Construction Map for more detailed infomation.
Additionally, rolling traffic control (shown below) will be also be utilized to alert traffic and pedestrians to the work area. Please use caution and take a little extra time to keep everyone safe.

Emerald Elementary NW Field
Anticipated start of construction for this section is late April/ early May with a duration of approximately 68 days.
Garnett St. from 4th Ave to 3rd Ave
Construction for this section will be done over the school’s summer break to avoid disruption to parents, students, and teachers.
3rd Ave. from Garnett St. to Hemlock St.
Anticipated start of construction for this section is mid June with a duration of approximately 45 days.
